REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items showing signs of use or wear
- Products without original packaging
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at ted9powell@gmail.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
